The idler pulley of the FELIX pro 1 and first few hundred pro 2's can make a rattling noise over time. This is cuased by the needle bearing which can worn out over time. We have updated the idler pulley mechanism, by a different idler pulley to fix this. Please contact the support department for further intstructions.
