If for some reason the filament detection seems to fail (or in a situation where it is not required or wanted), you can disable it manually. For all options to disable it, the following command is sent to the printer.

M602 S0 P1

  1. Send manually the above command to the printer via slicer software
  2. Place command in a text based file and run it from the printer.
  3. Add/uncomment this line int he startup gcode of the slicer profile.

Note: The filament detection function is restored, when you reset or restart the printer.
