To guide the filament from its roll to the printerhead, PTFE filament tubes are used. Benefits of using PTFE filament tubes is that it also prevents the filament from catching dust during transportation. Every new FELIX 3D printer comes with one or two PTFE filament tubes - depending on the purchased model.
